Could be great but isnt

Gameplay is just plain confusing. I keep failing the second mission in the middle of doing absolutely nothing. Worst of all, you dont get money to upgrade unless you complete a mission...thats game design 101-you need to be able to make money so you can upgrade and beat missions youre stuck on.
